We just found a pretty nasty bug in the Purchase Part Review report. We use this report to determine 3 month(we stock a 3 month supply for standard product) usage for parts as well as trends so our buyer knows how many of what to buy. Unfortunately this was multiplying usage by approved vendors, which resulted in usage being 10x higher than actual usage in some cases. Any chance a report exists where we could see on hand inventory, on order inventory, and 3 month usage so in a single place we could identify where we have way to much stock or we have an open order for to much of something? Before writing our own query, we’re hoping an existing report may already exist…
