Request Move in Report Qty

Hello,
I have a question regarding the request move in Report qty.
in the MES Report qty, there is a flag request move. I just want to know at which stage this trigger got fired. is it at end activity or the last operation completed then the wip move to stock?

At whichever point the request move flag is checked, it will create a material queue transaction. If it is mid-job, it will be a request to move it to the next operation. If the last operation, it will be a request to putaway to inventory.
