RMA processing

I just gave our quality person access to enter RMA’s. For some reason he cannot print the RMA sheet. An error pops up saying not permitted. How do i fix that.

is there an error message you could share? Perhaps he doesn’t have access to the print menu


Has your RMA screen been customized? I would check in Menu maintenance in the processes section, as well as process calling maintenance in case someone is trying to point the base screen somewhere else
