Does anyone know why some of my employees may not be able to see RMAs? Nothing has been changed in their user set up but now it doesnt show them.
“See RMAs” where? Do they no longer see the RMA menus in Epicor? Or do they have the menus and can’t locate specific records??
Wondering if this is a case of users not remembering to use the binoculars for searching when necessary?
In RMA dispositions by using the binoculars the list does not appear, no other criteria is set to narrow down the search either.
Do you utilize Territories? Can the same users pull up the customers in Customer Tracker for example?
We do however, everyone call view all territories and the same people can view any customer in tracker.
