We use several reports like this, except they are all in CorVu, MTD sales,
Daily bookings, Product group, by plant etc. Same for the invoice reports

Does anyone know of a good way to report everything that was booked
on a certain day? I guess this would be new sales orders. I'd like
to report a total amount booked with a count of how many sales
orders there were.

How about MTD sales? Anyone have suggestions?

I don't have a report like this, but I would imagine it would be fairly
simple to write, especially if you have the bookings turned on, filter on
new and date range you want. Without bookings you could use Order date but
this would not account for lines or releases added after the date so booking
tables would probably be most accurate.
