Order booking - Activity Report

Yes Todd, Please send me a screen shot of it. It looks like our management
teams look at the same report.

We have a report that simply totals the value of orders placed by day.
If two orders are placed today and each order is $10.00 the report
lists:

02/06/2004 $20.00

The report also keeps the running total for the month. We run this
report automatically everyday with Mike Podlins AutoReports utility. I
have an FTP tool that I schedule to run daily as well. This uploads the
data to our website where our management can view it from anywhere they
happen to be. This web page also includes daily billing totals as well
as a booking summary that compares MTD and YTD totals vs last years
numbers and a similar Billing Summary. This is the single most important
report that our management relies on. I can shoot you a screen shot off
line if you would like to see it.
