Jugdeep,
I maintain a project that does what you are looking for. Basically
when you install this thing you will get a bunch of exe files with
corresponding ini files (i.e. Daily.exe and Daily.ini). In the ini
file you fill in which reports you want to run, how they will be
delivered (to a printer, to a list of e-mail recipients, or saved as
a file), and in what format they will be converted to (PDF, Excel,
Word, etc.). When you've got the ini files all set up simply
schedule the exe files to run using the Windows scheduler or WinAT.
We deliver hundreds of reports each month using this utility, so it
is pretty solid. You can download it at:

It is GPL licensed and all of the source code is included with the
zip file (written in Visual Basic 6). If there is room on this
