Service Connect will also use SQL Server 2000, including the developer's
edition. I have it running on that now.

Service Connect will run with SQL Server Express.

When installing, you will have to specify "\SQLExpress" at the end of
the server name. Step 9 of the install instructions of the install
instructions calls for you to provide the Server Name. At that point,
you must put "ServerName\SQLExpress".
