No, your best option is to use a completely separate server for a
separate
service connect instance for each DB you want to connect to.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage Service Connect and Database Servers

I am getting started with Service Connect and have a question. First, we
are
on Vantage version 8.03.408. We use Progress as our DB and we have 3
environments to work in test, pilot and live. When I use the
WS-Configuration tool to import a service like the POService I specify
the
database connection information. So I may want to use TEST to start with
but need to change that when it is time to implement. Is there a way to
change the database connection information? Can I specify the database
info
in the Workflow?

Thanks in Advance,
