We've been on 10% support for a couple of years. It works well enough now
that Management is complaining about the expence again, and I again need to
drag out the full price option to compare. This works well IF you don't
have many calls to support. If you're calling once a week, stay with full
price, if you're calling every 2 or three weeks try it and be prepared to
pay some ala carte, if your calling once a month or less, the 10% is great.
The guide lines I use before I call, 1. check memory (mine) NO? 2. Check
notes NO? 3. Check ANSWER BOOK NO? 4. Check User Group NO? 5. Do I think I
can solve quickly NO? Then Call support. I've never been disappointed with
a support call, they seem to know their customers.

NatureHi Everyone,
Well it's that time again for us - maintenance renewal. Has anyone gone to
the mini plan and would you let me know the details?
Thanks,
