I am new to Epicor. We use RMA’s to record all complaints and issues even if they are not returning products. Is this the right module in Epicor to use for customer issues?

We use Case Entry module under Sales Management/Curtomer relationship Management/General operations
If there is a RMA to be produced, you can generate it from there, and it will be related to the case.
