Is there a warranty module for submitting warranty claims in E10?

The Service Module has a Service Warranties portion not sure if this is what you had in mind.

Thank you Jose, I did see this. I was looking for something a little more involved with capabilities to possibly create a no charge order and create a claim against an order. Thank you for your response.

In a prior life, I was at a company that used the case management module
for this as well as for customer complaints in general. They setup topic
codes for warranty versus other claims.

We did the same as Brad and used the RMA side to have the parts sent back…used Case management to tie everything together.
