Todd,
You were right it does not sort to that depth. So I added the sort you
suggested, but now the shipping schedule is at the end of the traveler.
It's printing correct but at the end. I tried to put the sort between Group
#1 and Group #2 but it put it at the end.

Ed,
Try this ...
I believe the problem isn't the formatting it's that the traveler does not
sort to that depth.
Goto Crystal Reports and open the traveler form.
On menu bar goto "report / sort records" ... you will see that the sort
order is "Jobnum" and then "Bomseq".
Try adding the shipment due date field as the 3rd sort. I think the field
is "Jobship:Reqdate" but I'm not sure.
Good luck ... ( and let me know if this works - it's a wild assed guess on
my part ... )

Subject: [Vantage] Shipping Schedule on Traveler
Help! We decided to use the Shipping Schedule that prints out on the
traveler. We have 29 shipments starting 11/6/00 (please note 6 not 06) and
ending 12/28/00. It prints out starting at 11/13/00, after 11/30/00 it
prints 11/6/00, then it prints out 12/11/00, and after 12/28/00 it prints
out 12/4/00. I remember reading a while back about this problem. I called
Vantage and found out that it had been reported but not fixed yet. Anyone
have a easy fix. I tried formatting the field so it shows the 06 but that
didn't work.
