Show UD01 table on Vendor form

I would like to add some details to the vendor table, but they would need to be recorded for evaluation purposes.
For example one of the fields will be the score resulting from an audit visit, so I would like to see the historical records to see if the supplier is improving.
Creating Vendor_UD fields would rewrite the content of those fields, so I was looking at using UD01 adding the fields, but I would like to show these fields on the Vendor form. In the customisation I managed to create a new sheet but in the epibinding of the fields I cannot join the vendor table to UD01.
I might just be complicating my life, any suggestion is welcome
