What version of MES are you running that has complete set as default?

Because MES has "Complete" checked by default, happens sometimes that a guy goes to finish his labor on that operation and forgets to uncheck which leaves the operation Completed.
On those occasions where a foreman or lead needs to just remove that check and let the next guy log labor against that operation, what's easiest way to do this?
The foremen have access to regular Vantage.
Thanks,
Tony
