Splash Screen Only

I had something similar to this happen when we first did our install. Tech
support had me copy and paste some files (of course I can't remember which
ones . . . ), and then it worked fine. Good luck.

Normally when I get this I look at the clients event log for a reason.
Progress is good about sending error messages to the event log. If that
doesn't work check the mfgsys.lg file on the server for an error code. If
you cant open it, make a copy of it and then try.

That's where I would start.

Well moved to a new faster Pentium 4 XEON Processor server over the
weekend
I recommend everyone move to a new server every year
Keep you on your toes that's for sure

For the most part everything is up and running (Except a power outage took
down the server this morning!)
Anyway
All my users are able to connect to the new server(Did a complete
uninstall
of progress and reinstall the client etc)
I have one user that just gets the splash screen then nothing else
Never gets the chance to log in

Anyone seen this and if you have, how do you fix it?
