Report builder Screen

Hmmmm.... Never having seen 3.X but speaking from 4.0 and 5.X I would check:
"Report Builder.VTG" in the Vantage folder to make sure the directory locations are correct. Also, on the upgraded machine are the drive mappings intact? Verify they are still there (probably are if Vantage runs). Another thought would be sharing issues either on the local machine or how the server sees it if the PC name (or username) changed in the upgrade. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Progress on the client? All stabs in the dark but worth checking just in case.

I just installed and upgrade to XP pro on a work station. I got Vantage to
come up OK (Ver 3.632 - I know it's old but) but when I try to start report
builder the splash screen flashes on then off again. Any ideas of the
