Hi, I have a report and subreport, which both successfully upload in Epicor. When I try to run the report, I get the report information, and where the subreport information is supposed to print, I get “Error: Subreport could not be shown.”. Any clue on getting more details out of the message to point to the problem ? Thanks ! -Nancy
There are logs somewhere that I haven’t yet found. But commonly when you
move reports, the data source doesn’t change to the new database location.
You might right-click on the datasource and look at properties to see where
it’s pointing.

Logs are here:
“C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS12.SQL2014\Reporting Services\LogFiles”
But the folder MSRS12.SQL2014 will have different name in your installation. I t depends on SQL version and instance name.
