Look in the Files section, under the "version 9.0 files" folder, for VendorPerf-SingleSummarySample.zip. it includes the BAQ, BAQ Report design, and Crystal RPT file for a vendor performance report I wrote probably 3 years ago... mess with it at your pleasure.

Is anyone building in tolerances for their Supplier Performance review?

Not tolerances exactly.
I know we started verifying the allowances for PO order date, lead time, receive times, etc... .
Just to make sure due dates were reasonable & really allowed enough time for a supplier to respond.

I did a supplier performance or on time delivery many years ago.

 

I remember being as to put a tolerance for numbers of days late or early.

 

Just couldn’t remember what I did back in the day or what other companies feel is acceptable.

 

Sorry for being vague on my question.
