Subject: [Vantage] Support Plan, "Auto-Upgrade"
I subscribe to Epicor's Standard Support plan. Last year my yearly
maintenance invoice was more than expected. It turned out I was upgraded
to the Premium Plan. I called and they fixed it, no problem.
This year the same thing happened. They're fixing it again but I'm
curious, is anyone else out there being "auto-upgraded"?
