And don’t forget about Jitterbit or other options for interfacing and automation. Webhooks will make it all better like @Mark_Wonsil said, but there are infinite possibilities. After Insights were Mark and I talked a lot about this, we’ve been working on Flow, Planner, PowerApps, etc. and even ToDo (which just got an update did it?)
I think we’re poised at a moment where either Epicor has to do it, or someone will create an Epicor/O365 ‘connector’ that will replace all the bad parts of CRM and replace it with the good bits from O365. At least that is what I’m thinking about doing…
