Terminal Server Clients

It sounds like they are using a shared C:\Epicor\Mfgsys61 directory. I
would highly recommend splitting each users directories. I achieve this
by setting the .vtg (v.6.1) file to use U:\epicor\mfgsys61. U:\ is a
user drive I setup in the windows profile for that specific user.

Subject: [Vantage] Terminal Server Clients

Need a little refresher on setting up terminal server users with their
own Vantage Working Directory.

I have two users on a Terminal Server using V6.1. I have a custom
Crystal BOL Form that uses data from the temp dbf file that is created
when you print a pack slip. This configuration requires the user to
print the pack slip for that BOL, then print the BOL. If they print out
of sequence the BOL report will pick up data from whatever pack slip was
printed last. This occasionally causes an inconvenience when User 1
prints a pack slip, then user 2 prints a pack slip before User 1 prints
his BOL. This results in User 1 getting a BOL with User 2 pack slip data
on it. Make sense?

I know there is a way to give each user his own work directory but do
not know exactly how to do it. Some help would be great, and will
prevent us from shipping our next order to the wrong location!

Thanks

Todd
