Thanks. I left a message on the Epicor Support Answering Machine. I haven't heard or seen anything yet. Thanks for the tips! I really appreciate everyone's help.

Julie,
I went from 4.0 to 5.1 and now 6.1 on an NT 4.0 Terminal Server with
Metaframe 1.8. Temporary Directories, etc were necessary in 4.0. From 5.1
on, you need to create a new .vtg file with temporary directory= (empty).
Terminal Server-Citrix manages the temporary files on c:\temp. You could
login into vantage from a TS client, go to c:\temp in the server and the
subfolder that corresponds to your login (owner of this folder in
properties). You will see vantage temp files. Also as a note, do not allow
TS users to change Crystal Reports in TS (by Epicor's suggestion - no set
temp directory).
If you have Epicor's documentation and you are still having problems, I
would suggest to un-install the complete installation of progress and try
the progress client network installation. My personal experience is that
Vantage 5.1 or 6.1 has never worked with my terminal server with the full
installation of progress - only network client installation.

Juliet,
Your vtg or mfg file has to have cleared the temporary directory. Terminal
Server and Citrix manage the temporary files and folder for each user under
c:\temp. Maybe, that is why you have that problem. If you have support, tell
them to get you the terminal server installation. I particularly did not
install the full version of Progress in the server - just the network
client. It works better for me.

Subject: [Vantage] Terminal Services & Report Builder Reports
We have just gotten done with putting our clients on Terminal Services. We
are still working through the bugs.
I have a problem with people running Report Builder reports that I have
added to the menu in Vantage (5.2). They keep getting the error: Unable to
open rbrun.txt. Error no (98). I have found that someone else usually is
running a report at the same time or has the same report open on another
terminal. How have others that are on Terminal Services get around this
problem? I am assuming that my problem stems from the fact that the users
are sharing the same C:\VNTGWK52 directory.
TIA,
Juliet
