I am encountering a strange issue looking at time phase for a particular part, seeing an extra line at the top with the exception: remote (). I know that remote(name) refers to quantity at a different site than the currently selected one, but I am not sure why I would be seeing an empty site name, in a duplicate qty to the selected site. I have confirmed through Part Tracker, as well as the PartBin and PartWhse tables that the 122k at the selected site, and 100 at site “H” are correct values and that there are no other on hand quantities. This part is commonly transferred from site H to the selected site. Has anyone ran into this before, or have any ideas that I can dig into?
Can you check the Part to see if it possibly has a blank site?
It does! There is a plant record with an empty name, that has one of our warehouses from plant “C” attached to it. Time to start digging into transactions to see what could have caused this…

For anyone else running into the same thing: we ended up needing a data fix provided by Epicor to be able to wipe these. We also had a few parts that had the wrong warehouse attached to a plant, which the data fix was able to delete as well.
