I am trying to customize Kinetic Screens currently and running into an issue. I understand I need to change the program type in menu maintenance to Kinetic App, however it is not letting me change the value. Is there something in Epicor that may be preventing me from doing so?
I believe you have to copy the menu item. You can’t edit native menu items. Go to Actions > Copy to Current Company. This make a copy that you can edit. Make sure to adjust the MenuID to be unique and set the order sequence so it doesn’t overlap with an existing menu item.
