I had a similar issue this morning with an employee and these two screens solved my problem. :+1:

If you click on the JobNum hyperlink, does the End Activity screen slide out for you? It does for us, that is our workaround for now. [image] Also Clock Out on the left side works to Clock out and End Activity. Just seems to be the End Activity button that has issues.

We’re getting a couple of users that try to end activity through MES and receive an error as well. Looking at the log files, this is what I’m seeing. **Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. ** I wonder if its related?

We just had two more users get the error when trying to clock out of MES (different job than last time). I had to clock them out using the “End Activity on Labor Detail” process but now I’m getting the same error when trying to add their time manually via Time Entry Index was out of range. Must be…

Same error if we try to adjust existing time details on this job number or create a new detail from scratch. I was able to replicate it using my employee # as well. I have a ticket open with Epicor support but yesterday they said to reschedule the job but that didn’t resolve the issue. [image]
