Judy: What version of Vantage/Progress ?

Hi,
We updated to 5.0 this past weekend, and everything went very
smoothly. We
started at about 1:00 Friday afternoon and had most of the clients installed

by 12:30 AM Saturday. We did a dump and load on our database, so that added

to the time it took. We were up and running by Saturday and have had no
problems to this point. I'm still updating custom reports, but other than
that we have had absolutely no problems.

Why did you have to do a dump and load? Did Epicor
recommend it?

Judy,

I can't speak for everyone but I'd be interested in the size of your
database, how many users, specs of your server, and is the server dedicated
to Vantage.
