I think it is progress.cfg file on your server should list a -n parameter

Our vantage server normally runs along fine with its everyday tasks.
However, just recently it has started coming up with error messages to
the effect of, 'your system has run out of resources, try a larger -n"

How do I adjust this value as we are not at the maximum license limit?
