If you are getting a Progress (748) error message '...no more
resources. Try a larger -n', there is another possible cause for
this message. The machine the Progress server is running on could be
out of processes or semaphores. Check for messages in your server
Event Viewer. We ran into this issue when we spawned too many
servers for our databases, had to back them off a little.
