Vantage 6.1 backing out material issue transaction

on the screen just before you get to the one where it won't let you
enter a negative qty, it has 6 buttons.
the 3 on the left are for issues. The 3 on the right are for returns.
You want to return the material.

We recently upgraded from v4.0 and we used to be able to do a negative
count issue to back out material on a job in the same place that we
originally issued it(material issues). Now it says it can't be a
negative number. Other than going into material adustment is there
another way to back out this cost/material to a job?
