I would suggest that responses to this and other "negotiation" type queries be handled off-list. Given that Epicor does monitor this list and the CAM involved will surely get a copy of any responses. As much as we all would like to know the weak points it won't do anyone (except Epicor) any good to know them too. Ask "on-list", respond "off-list". And.... good luck.

We are planning on moving from 5.2 to 8.03 the first of the year and in
addition to the modules that we already have are look at purchasing
Service Connect, EDI Demand Management, and Tie Commerce EDI and have
been quoted prices for these modules along with an annual maintenance
percent. Has anyone gone through purchasing any new modules with Vantage
8.03 and if so, were you able to do any price negotiations on the new
modules that you might purchased along with the maintenance? We've been
quoted 15% of price for annual maintenance for the new Vantage modules
and 20% for Tie Commerce.
