Vantage 8 Customer Connect ISA Server Config

Are you running customer connect on your ISA box? If not, you'll also have to
forward the ports to the machine that service connect is running.

Here's one example: http://www.isaserver.org/articles/2004pubts.html

Has anyone here been successful configuring ISA server to allow outside
access to Customer Connect?

Our IIS server is MS Small Business Server 2003 with ISA server 2000.

I have had two people from Epicor on site and they did not know how to
figure it out.

Thanks

Generally, you set up a "Protocol" and then allow or deny. Try this:

All IP Traffic and still no luck.
