I've just installed Citrix and need it operational over the Internet
through anyones ISP connection. The firewall people are asking for a
port number for ICA? Has anyone implemented this type of access yet?
thanks

We no longer allow attachments to files. To access/share Report Files,

Another thing you may want to try is this website:
http://thethin.net They have an archive of message
from a Thin Computing Mail list, and I know this
topic has been discussed many times. Just go and
search the site for the information you are looking for.

Hi Gary,

Citrix ICA uses port 1494 with TCP. Terminal Server RDP uses port 3389 with
TCP.
If your firewall does not accept port 1494 you can use the 'ICAPORT' command
on Citrix to assign a new one.
