Vantage-integrated CRM

I work with a VAR in Australia. We have a client seeking to
integrate Clientele with Vantage. As far as integrations go, my
understanding is as follows:

Epicor plan to have full integration with Vantage. There is no time
frame established as such.

The integration is most likely to be with the SQL release of Vantage.

There is no current integration with the Progress version of
Vantage. I have heard rumours of a beta integration in the UK.
Perhaps someone out there can provide further information. Given the
lack of information, we are investigating doing our own.

If anybody can add anything to this discussion it will certainly be
appreciated.

Not sure how the integration status is yet, but Clientele is a very good
package that is open (written in Access), easily customized and actually
handles almost all CRM related tasks right out of the box. We support many
different packages for our customers, and we chose to use Clientele for our
own business use.
