I have been out of town and just reviewed my email this morning. I
personally have been in the Vantage market 8 years, long enough to know the
old time customers, and we had an assistant to do market research for us
over the summer/fall. Our Vantage database has been accumulated over the
last 4 1/2 years that we have been in business.
For the record, we have not nor would we purchase a list of customer names
from anyone. Epicor would never sell their Vantage customer information and
we would never risk our reputation by purchasing this information from other
less credible sources.
Purchasing the member list from the Vantage eGroup has never been an option.
As a eGroup Moderator of another list your information is only stored with
the list if you entered a public profile, which most users do not. The
Vantage eGroup Moderators have gone one step further and secured your email
addresses so a user can view all members with only a partial email address.
Anyone with additional questions on this topic please contact me off line.

stored in egroups is confidential. Period. NO one bought the names and
information from the list. We do not do that, and will not do that. I am
offended by the implication; much time and effort has been put into
keeping
this list private and safe.
Barry Consulting is a member of this list, and that is where the mailing
have come from. Katie, would you please address how list members are
getting mailings from your company?
