Some more details might help. Are all clients that lock up the same OS?
Which OS? What version of CR are you using (7, 8, or 8.5), and in what
version (7, 8, or 8.5) did you save them?

We have an occasional problem with Vantage clients locking up when we are
running Crystal forms. The standard forms have been modified to include our
logo and such but otherwise are pretty generic. This happens to client
sessions running PO's, Invoices, Packing Slips, but only on an occasional
basis. Once locked the only thing to do is to cancel the progress session
and log back into Vantage.
We are on 5.1.126 and the clients are running Win2000. We called support
but they were not aware of anyone else having problems and have not been
able to come up with any answer. Does anyone else have this problem?
Better yet does anyone have a solution! Our users are getting frustrated
with having to log in every time they lock up.
We would appreciate any assistance in figuring this problem out.
