Vantage Screens on Citrix

If you are running Citrix on a machine that is set-up to 800x600 resolution,
you need to run the Citrix session in full-screen mode. Otherwise you get
the borders.

through Citrix? The command buttons (OK, Cancel, VB Form, etc) are concealed
because of the Citrix ICA border. Pulling the screen up is a nuisance and
