WAY-OT - PC with no power

I had this problem once. Start by disconnecting/unplugging every thing, then see if your power suppy works. If it does, start reconnecting/plugging in one thing at a time. You'll find your problem that way.

Owner's son brought in his kid's PC, two actually. They were the "Hot
Wheels" child's PCs from about 2 years ago. Neither one power up at all. I
checked cables, etc and decided it must be the power supply so I bought one
and stuck it in and it is still dead completely. Nothing. Any ideas?
