Windows 7 and Vantage 6.1 print issue

Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion. That worked for us as well.

That will just have to be a work-a-round until we go Live on E9.

Thanks for the help!

Jim

I had this same problem on a workstation here that needed multiple
copies.
You have to have the Collated box checked, that was the only way I could
get
it to print multiple copies for me.

Subject: [Vantage] Windows 7 and Vantage 6.1 print issue

Since converting our AP person's computer to Windows 7 Pro 32bit, she
cannot print 2 copies of her AP checks.

She prints the actual check then a copy for filing. She prints these not
collated.

Now no matter what we have tried it only prints the first check
regardless of how many she copies she chooses.

I have adjusted many of the print settings and tried different drivers,
it is a HP 4250 and on both have the PCL6 driver.

We also have the same results when trying to print to PDF.

I have turned off advanced print settings, that did not help. I even
tried some older HP printer drivers, but they would not work.

Any help or ideas are appreciated.
