Printing with Vantage 6.1 and Vista

Might be a long shot, but have you tried a generic HP print driver?
Something like a LaserJet 5? Like I said, it might be a long shot, but
it might work for Vantage printing.

I am having a problem printing collated with Vantage 6.1 and Microsoft
Vista. When I print a Crystal form it only gives me one copy when I
tell it to print two. When I print a Report Builder report it gives me
the two copies but it does not collate. When I print excel everything
works fine. We called Epicor and they said we were lucky Vantage even
works with Vista.

Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions. I have already
downloaded the latest driver from HP and have tied it on different
models with the same results.

We are on 6.0 XP, and we have had the same problem for years. I have
yet to hear of a fix.

I am having the same issue with 8.03 and XP on a certain users PC I
have not figured it out yet.

I was having the same problem and what I did was go into the properties of
my printer and on the 'Basic' tab I changed the number of copies to 2 so
that the collate button would become active so I could check it. Once it was
checked I changed the number of copies back to one which grayed out the
collate button - but it stayed checked. Now in vantage if I choose 2 copies
they automatically collate.
