What version of Vantage??
5.1 until saturday then its off to 5.2. Hope it works for us too.

I have several XP users who have told me their vantage screens just
disappear. They have to re-boot their systems in order to log back
onto the program. Any ideas as to why this occurs and what the "fix"
is for this?
(I'm a new-be at this so take it easy on me)

One thing I would check is the energy saving settings on the screen saver controls. I always set these to "never" because it has caused similar problems for me.

Is it after about 2 minutes? Vantage automatically logs out when the users
is doing nothing for 2 minutes in the main menu. You can set this value in
the vtg file: VantageLoginTimeout.
