We had one like this in 9.05. User and password were set plus the user had an autoload on a favorites group that they had messed up.

Â

Â

I am currently working on a system with this version and the client works fine on the server, the SQL and fine on my machine, but I can't seem to get it to work on a 2003 terminal server, I immediately get the "Epicor.exe has stopped working" error box. I have tried every single compatibility option, as well as turned off the autoupdate to make sure that wasn't an issue.

Â

Any ideas or anyone run into this already? I did see the thread about the user and personalizations, but I don't think that applies here, since we never get to the login screen in the first place.

Â

Updating to .9 is not an option right at this moment.

Yeah, not the case here, this is a clean install I am doing and we never get to a logon screen so it can't be anything to do with a user setting.

Ned,

Have you tried deleting this file 'security.config.cch'.  The file is in this path.  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\CLR Security Config\v2.0.50727.42
