We just upgraded to 2023.1.16 from 10.2.700.
I have users reporting that they cannot DMT when they could before. I checked user security maintenance but do not see a permission for DMT. Has this been moved?

Did they provide you an error message or a screenshot of where they are getting blocked?
Ok, I switched back to classic screen and the option is there but it is greyed out and I’m not sure why.
Go into the Admin Console and ensure that DMT is an enabled product in the licensing for that app server.
If you can’t enable it, request a new License Key from Epicor through EpicCare.
