[6.1]Promon not clearing session

I've found that it won't disconnect a session unless you're logged onto
the server as the local administrator.

We're on Vantage 6.1, and Promon isn't disconnecting a session, even

numerous attempts. Eventually it will disconnect, but takes a long time.

Any ideas?
