Try logging in as a local administrator on the server and see if it will
let you.

Promon,
I did a server rebuild over the weekend and now I can't disconnect hung
sessions in promon. Only message I see is "User (xxxxxxx) cannot
disconnect user <2258>. Seems like a permissions issue but user account
has full admin privileges on the machine.
