Actual Labor comes from Shop Employee.
Actual Burden comes from Operation rates configured relationship
between labor and Burden.
Forget to End activity and labor and burden costs continue to accrue.
IF you use setup there are different rates for this and direct types
must be sure to clock into setup on operation.
You must watch closely your units of measure for estimates and qty's
per. If on 8.o you must run build shop load.
If actual labor goes over, there is no load left
