I added the field TravelerLastPrinted from JobHead to a dashboard.
I am holding a traveler that printed two weeks ago yet, this field TravelerLastPrinted) has not date.
Is this an Epicor Feature or is there another date that is more useful?
That field is only updated via the Mass Print function in the Job Status Maintenance… it does not update via other printing methods (like printing from the Job Entry or Job Tracker Actions menu, or via the Job Traveler Report). I had to write a BPM to set that field once upon a time.
We don’t use mass print - but - we have 95% of the travelers that the date populated.
Would you mind sharing the BPM?
Sadly, that was at least 2 employers ago. Thinking back, I believe the solution was actually a customization on the Job Traveler Print screen (this was on 9.05.702A), but there may have been others involved too.
