Active Directory User Import Wizard- Can't lock user

When I try to import users from Active Directory the wizard show an error for all users selected with the message : Can’t lock user. Version


I entered a support ticket for this error and they have gotten back to me with a proposed solution: This was previously reported and given SCR 210697. My records indicate this is resolved in I also recall a customer mentioning that they confirmed it was fixed. Installing any update version and higher will provide solution for this issue.
