Each of the salespeople (workforce) need to be authorized to their login (if
they are accessing Epicor) and anyone else who is setup as a workforce user
needs to be authorized to themselves. If you want them to see only certain
territories customers than authorize them to the workforce ID of that salesrep.
If you want them to see all customers check on view all territories for their
workforce ID and see if that helps

too.
