Hi Ernie,
ampersand indicates the letter that becomes a "quick key" to the
field. You may have noticed that you saw CRD with an underline under
the D. You could then jump to the field by pressing ALT+D If there is
more than one underline D then it goes to the first occurrence and the
next ALT-D would take you to the next one, etc.
So there's nothing for Epicor to fix. This is by design going back a
long, long time.
